"So expensive.. $50 for a dress wow $30 for jackets. Lets let the less fortunate freeze"
"This thrift store has completely gone downhill. It has nothing but junk at super high prices. A filthy disgusting doll they wanted $10 for!!! It wasn’t worth $2. I know everything has gone up but my word! When I can go to the dollar store and buy the same stuff that’s at the thrift store for $10, I’m going to the dollar store! Or same stuff at Walmart for $5 that is here for $10, im buying new for less at Walmart. Also, nothing is organized. It’s just a big mess. I wish Savers would open up in this town."
"So disappointed that they only accept donations two days a week. The two days I didn’t leave the house. So I have 5 big garbage bags of clothes in my trunk until they accept donations. Idaho Youth Ranch, don’t you want free stuff? Apparently not. I’ll probably take it to Savers in Nampa."
"Checked with the web site fir times to drop off donations! Web site says Thursday through Sunday are the only days since 2020. At the site donation area was blocked off with a sign reflecting donation times Tuesday to Thursday at 10:00. When I asked why the web site reflected differently I was told that they had been trying to remove that from the website for a long time! “Find someone with admin rights to the web site and fix tomorrow! DONE!”"
"The help was nice but totally micromanaged. Prices were comparable to new clothing stores, selection was awful and they weren't even allowed to part with a broken clothes hanger which they threw in the trash as I walked out the door. These stores USED to be some of my favorite thrift stores. This is very sad. Are they just out to make .only, now? Or do they even still support youth programs?"
