"My mom just spent 3 nights in this hospital. She had influenza and pneumonia. We arrived at the ER Monday night and right away they got to work figuring out what was going on. They were so thorough and discovered things we hadn’t even been aware of. I’m sure they saved her life. The staff was wonderful. Once she was admitted we were moved to the second floor where I discovered they had a bed set up for me as well since I was intending to stay with her. I very much appreciated that. I have no complaints about any of the care we received. The nursing staff was so sweet and kind. Thank you so much for your compassionate care! Mom is back to her old (young) self :)"

"My husband has been in for 4 hrs. Went in with covid symptoms. Doctor gave him medication the first hour. Said, sending home. Then xay shows up. Then it's wait for 3 hrs. Ask for a Doctor wait it's not your turn the nurse reply."

"Ill equipped to handle children. Ontario needs a children's department because this place is a bandaid shop as far as caring for kids who've been injured. I would recommend one of the other local hospitals if you can. Ill equipped to handle miscarriages and pregnancy losses. Would not recommend, and likely will attempt a different hospital in the future. Staff needs sensitivity training for sure."

"My sisiters took my dad in to the ER because he was unable to stand, walk and was In and out of consciousness. The ER department ran multiple test supposedly and said there was nothing wrong with him and release him back. He was not not able to walk and needed a nurse assistant to get him back in the car. When I found out he was back home I was appalled Because why would you release someone that weak and Unable to stand on his own. I ended up taking him to nampa location and After thier evaluation they put him straight into the hospital and a day later he went stight to ICU. Even the doctors in nampa were shocked to find out that he was pushed out of the ontario location with all his symptoms. After all these years that Hospital hasn't changed even with a new name it is still the old Holy Rosary where you go to die due to the lack of care. I strongly recommend not going there if facing an emergency."
