"Ordered online last November wanting to use curbside pick up. Turns out curbside picked isn't really available. I did not want to take a newborn into the mall/store. I was unable to pick up my order in the time frame given so it should have cancelled and refunded my money. That is not what happened though I have tried for months to get a response/refund from customer service. Now the order says it was picked up and I have not received a refund. Very disappointing"

"I want to love this store because it's our only baby store in Spokane, but the older staff there are so unfriendly it genuinely makes it uncomfortable to shop there. The younger staff are all excellent and nice, but the GM and an associate named Sunshine are so rude that I'll just shop online."

"Order 400 in clothes they sent them to the wrong address. I’ve called 3 times currently on hold for 40 min trying to get a manager who I never get to talk to. My payment is now late and it’s going to affect my credit. Don’t recommend doing anything online especially if your someone who likes to return the stuff you don’t want."

"I'm so happy this store opened in the valley mall. I went in to purchase a Thanksgiving outfit I saw online. I could have spent all day and hundreds of dollars in there. The store is organized nicely even though it's huge. I had no problem navigating around. The selection of clothes is awesome. The lady who helped me was very friendly, even though I was a total mom zombie today. Sign up for their rewards program! $10 free for every $100 you spend- which is very easy to do."
