Walgreens Pharmacy 335 West Appleway Avenue, Coeur d'Alene, ID 83814

"The absolute worse place to go around here. The old man who is the pharmacist tonight is heavier set and clearly doesn’t use his brain. I have been up to the desk 4x now.. 1st time the lady says: “Your insurance doesn’t cover it, so it’ll be 129.00 today. “ trying to give me no other option. I said “Yeah I am not paying that. isn’t there an alternative?” (because there always is) She states give us a few moments. And we’ll be with you. 2nd time: “Yeah I’m sorry we are backed up here. We are going to call the doctor after this person.” 3rd time: The pharmacist says, “Oops I forgot to call him.” “We are going to call the doctor in a minute. “ I said, “okay. “(Are you kidding me, you forgot?) 4th time: I finally went up and said. “You know this has happened to me many times and it’s always been an easy fix.” And the pharmacist looks at me and just stares. So I speak up and say, “there is alternatives right?” And he finally responded, after looking at me with disbelief. “yeah there are some alternatives.”I said “ok?so what’s going on.”Then the front lady looks at me and goes to the guy behind me and starts helping him and walks away. Then she proceeds to tell the next man to wait and starts eating, and says to him. “Sorry I’m hungry!” I’m literally just so flustered right now. And this lady(not the pharmacist) is screaming at the top of her lungs to customers about their personal information. Like, not even trying to protect people’s private information (HIPPA). She’s by the front desk and screaming at the window, at the customer, outside in the drive~through. Literally if they can not get their stuff together I think this pharmacy should be reevaluated and the employees In it. This is the 4th time in a row I’ve had a problem here and I’m done. This is my final straw. And corporate or management , hopefully you will actually pay attention to this instead of shunning everyone away and acting like you don’t notice your pharmacy is a s*** show."

"I used to recommend this pharmacy to everyone. Now it's a total joke. Please be aware if you actually need to fill a script the hours posted online are WAY wrong. After an emergency situation with my grandmother we were comforted knowing that we could get her script filled at 10 at night. Unfortunately that was not the case as the hours are misrepresented online and they actually close at 6pm. What used to be a reliable go to is now an absolute farce. First thing tomorrow I will be letting the corporate office know what I think about it. Not that it will matter..."

"They are slow and the lines are horrible. I shouldn't have to stand in line for an hour to pick up my prescription. Atleast have a separate line for covid testing so the rest of us can get our meds and go home."

"I have been a customer here for many years. For the last 6 months the pharmacy has been very inefficient. Robo calls that you have a prescription waiting, stop in and no prescription. Making errors in filing scripts when a DR has made changes. Long wait times."

"Went in for prescription. Pharmacists very helpful. Easy pay and pick up. Glanced around at "regular" part of the store. Items seemed WAY over priced. Clean. Well organized. Great pharmacy."
