"I got a watch for my birthday, had difficult barrels that another place said they didn’t have the pins to do. Went to hear and not only did they did it free but they also worked at it for 40 minutes to help me with it, as it’s just the barrels and pins are just really hard to get, the other place was lying. Also were very kind and had a good sense of humor, couldn’t have asked for a better experience! Will go here now whenever I need watch maintenance or battery replacement."

"I stopped in Harry Ritchie's Coeur d' Alene this morning for a watch battery replacement after the Nation wide leading battery retailer put 2 seconds of effort into trying. I will say my cheap watch was a bit resistant, but the kind lovely ladies at Harry Ritchie's weren't going to let me leave without replacing it! Once they were done they refused to charge me! I haven't seen this level of customer service in decades! Once more they were personal and so very kind, you could tell that they were genuine! Thank you ladies, God bless you!"

"It took a while for us to be greeted after entering and when somebody finally did she (I can’t remember her name) asked what we were looking for and I said engagement rings. To which she responded well obviously, be more specific. There are plenty of things in the shop that aren’t engagement rings so the sass seemed unnecessary. She then put minimal effort into helping us look at rings and treated us as low value costumers. Don’t waste your time coming here. Go 15 minutes down the road to Clark’s instead where people treat you with respect and are willing to help."
