"I wish i could give this 0 stars.. but I went into the store today and bought my little brother a headset, an hour later we tried returning it because it was defective and the mic did not work. The manager was very rude and said it was a health code violation to give us a refund because of covid… which was 3 years ago.. 100% don’t recommend buying a headset from here because you’ll get scammed. Your best bet is walmart because you are able to return it if it does not work."

"My eight year old bought me a game from here for Christmas. He even got the protection plan to guarantee the game working. Well the game (disc) doesn't work and has a huge scratch. I came in thinking that they could replace it or help in any way. They won't help at all without a PAPER receipt. Here we are in 2024 and this is what we get at a company that sells tech."

"Absolutely TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! The boy with the ponytail did not want to help at all and made it very clear with his body language, tone and attitude. He also told me I could not purchase online and pickup the same day, he said "minimally 24-48 hours". Went home, my husband ordered the same thing I wanted online and was able to pick it up within 15 minutes. It was a waste of my time and energy. In addition, an older woman came into the store with an issue with her gift card, and he basically refused to do anything for her. I also wanted to buy more, but he did not seem interested in making a sale. Managers! If you want your store to make money get better employees!"

"Preordered to get Zelda Tears of the Kingdom, paid full price up front several days before Thursday's early release. When speaking with the associate, Kyra, I explicitly asked her if I could come at 10 PM to pick up the game and not come earlier in the day to get the stickers she was speaking about, she told me I could. We spoke for several minutes actually and I made sure to clarify that I did not need to come earlier to get the game, she clearly told me that I would be able to get my game if I came at 10 pm, as I had repurchased the entire game. Well, I get there at 10 pm, waiting in line, stocked for this sick game. When I get to the front, they ask if I have a sticker on my receipt, I told him I did not, then the proceeded to tell me that I could not get the game tonight and had to wait for tomorrow. I told him that the female associate, which I learned was Kyra, had told me I did not need the stickers to pick the game. They shrugged and said to come tomorrow. I mean, part of preordering the game is so you can get it early. I had paid $75 up front and I had confirmed before I came that I could pick it up. He said we had to have been there at 3 pm to get the sticker and then we could get the game at 10 pm. I had the receipt in my hand proving my purchase and the game was right there in front of me and they would not give it to me or several other people because we did not leave our full time jobs early, get a STICKER at 3pm, go home and then come back at 10 pm the same night. What does the sticker indicate more than that of my fully paid for, prepurchased receipt, NOTHING! It is unfortunate that they did not tell their associates to tell EVERYONE that they needed the sticker or they could not pick up their game on Thursday night. This is the first time I have shopped at gamestop in over a decade, and now I remember why."
