Holiday Inn Express & Suites Boise Airport, an IHG Hotel

"This is a horrible hotel. Switched rooms several times. Housekeeping can not clean. Blood on one pillow case. Wiped tables down with a wipe because they looked dirty, and they were black. Cob webs on the lights and ceiling. And I found a whole candy bar in the pull out bed. So they never cleaned the bed at all and obviously it had been used. Last room my baby that we can't let get sick, found chewed gum on the side of the fridge and put it in his mouth. Pry the worst hotel experience I have ever had."

"Traveling through from Denver Colorado to Seattle Washington. Typically I enjoy staying at a holiday in express. This time was different. Aside from our noisy neighbors which is out of their control they clearly did not clean our bath tub. It was obvious someone had shaved and it wasn’t wiped afterwards (gross). After discovering that, a few minutes later a few people with a key card walk right into our room thinking it was theirs. Apparently they double booked our room. We called the front desk and they requested we go downstairs to have our keys reset but then they asked us to move. I’m sorry, why do we have to move? What does that solve? Not thrilled to say the least"

"Got snowed in 3 days during a huge snow storm. Fantastic breakfast, we ate something different everyday. Coffee fresh and hot 24/7. A spot to borrow a book or some small games. We did both. Wonderful staff thrilled to serve you."

"We got a handicapped room with my old man. It was spacious and very clean. Had everything we needed and we slept good. The only thing is the tub. It was extremely slippery and needs those grips that you stick in the bottom. Breakfast area was nice and my kids enjoyed it."

"I’m not one to leave reviews, but my experience here was so terrible that I felt I needed to share this. I stayed one night at this hotel for business travel. I sat down on my bed to watch TV and wind down before bed and I noticed that my pants were feeling wet. I got up and quickly noticed a wet spot on the bed where I sat down. After a quick smell check I realized it was urine! Under the covers the mattress was soaked in pee! It was the most disgusting experience I have ever had in a hotel. The staff apologized and offered to comp my stay and promised me an additional 25,000 IHG points, which I do appreciate. Six weeks later the points had not been added to my account. So I called and they told me they were no longer giving me those points. I was shocked! I will never stay at that hotel again and I am avoiding staying in any IHG hotel from now on."
