"I had made reservations online and couldn't of been more pleased by the warm and friendly greeting I received upon check-in! Sue and Tiffany were definitely a big help. It was late and I was tired they told me some great places to eat and checkin was speedy!"

"The hotel is very clean, modern and nice. The bed was very nice. I only saw one restaurant within walking distance a bar and grill that served a good food, but was on the expensive side. And the hotel was not located with direct access from and to the interstate, but the mapping application lead us directly to it. Very nice place to stay."

"The room and hotel itself overall were nice. I liked the large continental breakfast selection. The only thing I didn’t like was the location, but Ontario seems to be a bit sketchy no matter where you go in town."

"The hotel was nice enough but all of the staff was rude! First of all we have a 2 year old so we always unplug the phones when we first get to the room because she likes to play with it. They stopped my husband in the lobby a little while after check in and said that we needed to plug the phones back in and keep her from playing with them because we were not allowed to unplug the phones. Then later they came to our door and rudely said that we needed to be quiet and since this was our 2nd warning if they had to come back we would be kicked out! We hadn't been told to be quiet at all before that! Yes my daughter was running but she always does that when we are in hotels and have never had an issue before! The breakfast was cold and inedible! The breakfast lady was also rude. It is easier for one of us to go down and get breakfast for all 3 of us and take it back upstairs than try to corral a 2 year old in the lobby so I always end up carrying several plates and/or Bowls. The breakfast lady very sarcastically asked if I wanted a tray for "ALL THAT FOOD?" As if I was getting too much and it was all for me! So rude! Need to hire all new employees!"

"If safety and peace of mind is a priority to you, this is an excellent hotel. The room was immaculate, the service was really nice and all the other hotel goers we met were in high spirits. If you have time for breakfast, check it out too, it was fantastic. Love all the doggies! Thank you Gabriella for being the best! ☆"
