"I rated two stars because Shell sells you a car wash for cheaper gas, but I have been standing in line for 20 minutes on a 102F got a day, and their washing machine takes forever. Not a single shade spot around the car wash. The price per gallon is $3.73, and $8 for the car wash waiting. Not worth the time. Five cars behind me were waiting. July 29, 2023, I changed the rating to one star because the Shell Gas Station refused to credit me &8 I paid for the car wash. It is 11 AM, and there are five cars ahead of me. aVOID FRUSTATIONS don't use the car wash at this location. Shell employees don't know good customer service."

"Free coffee for Military members in uniform (bring your coffee cup). Most purchases come with a free banana and the staff has always been really great."

"Non Ethanol gas is bad and will mess up your vehicle. Had to get vehicle towed home and manually siphon entire tank to find extremely bad broken down very dark yellow fuel. When I called store to let them know their gas is bad the lady tried to make up lies about mixing non ethanol fuel with regular unleaded saying it won't work which is not accurate. They just want to continually sell bad gas instead of testing fuel and fixing issue. Horrible customer service."

"Worst customer service ever!!! Called to get price for gas because their website is showing a lower price than what the this location has posted. Manager tell’s me to drive around like she does and wouldn’t give the price over the phone. What a customer service."

"well that sucks.. I turned in my winning ticket of 8 bucks, and a 5 dollar scratch ticket for 5 bucks, I was suppose to get 5 dollars and change after buying a slushy and snack and another 3 dollar ticket.. only got 1 buck back... so I stared at her.. waited for the rest of my change.. waited for her to be honest.. .and she ignored me and went about her business... guess I won't be going back there for tickets anymore. and yes, I always play the same ticket WITH multiplier... sigh"
