"This place is more like a cozy boutique hotel in a Christmas Hallmark movie than a Hilton. The staff was very friendly and always willing to help. They even had a gingerbread house building contest we could vote on. We’ll be back next year for sure."

"There rooms are very nice. I had one with a balcony. The bathroom was a good one. You can even soak in the tub if you like. The hot water very hot if you need it. The staff is very friendly and helpful. There breakfast is very nice. They do have a mean you can order from. Coffee is all ways available"

"Rooms 220 and up or 320 and upward are closer to road. They are a bit loud. Rooms were nice and big otherwise. The made to order breakfast was really good. Must say Virginia and Rebecca, in breakfast area, are the nicest people. The river and trail behind hotel add to the attraction of this location."

"Beware when paying extra for features at this Hotel. We paid extra for a view of the Boise River thinking that it would be nice and relaxing to sit on the balcony and view/hear the flow of the water. Instead we had a view of a line of trees and the adjacent highway. All we heard was road noise all night long. The room and refrigerator never cooled off. The Keurig made coffee with the added feature of coffee grounds. The room TV was too small to view from the bed or sofa. No water was offered/provided at Check In even though the outside temperature was 105 oF and we had to pay for Breakfast."

"This hotel was so fantastic! The staff were so friendly. Loved the lobby with all the seating alcoves to relax at the end of an evening out. Coffee, teas, water always waiting for us. However the best part of this Hilton was Virginia who runs the breakfast rest. This woman is truly a gem. We loved her and couldn't wait to see her every morning. Highly recommend going to breakfast there."
