"Usually I go to the bookstore to grab WSU gear, but after hearing so many great things about C&G I wanted to check it out! Turns out I’ll not be coming back here and I don’t recommend this place above the bookstore. My friend purchased a simple crewneck sweatshirt, wore it once, and the quality was so bad, the fabric pilled and shedded everywhere! It just obviously was super cheap quality. She went back the next day to get it exchanged (with receipt and tags) and the lead was no help, offered no customer service, and was simply rude to her. A really disappointing experience overall and honestly embarrassing for them to have such business practices. Go cougs, I guess."
