When this happens, we wait at least 3-4 weeks to see if it will make it to its destination and submit a claim if possible, before we issue any refunds. We have had some of those missing packages eventually find their way. With regard to Philip Cara's review, after 3 weeks, we did give him a refund."

When I called to ask if there was anyway I could be refunded the cost of the expedited shipping I was told they were not Amazon and that there was nothing they were willing to do for me.
