"Cashier seemed under trained :(. Manager was not respectful when it came to assisting her. If it wasn’t for the convenient location, I would not go back to the store."

"So this Judi stop’s employees are beyond rude. I was a a regular as I only live down the road. I went I. To cash a scratch ticket and your employee with the nasty dark hair always in a pony tail was rude when I asked her to break the 100$ I had one. She acted like this was an incredibly hard to do. Then when her coworker the older man that typically work night with a long hair and beard also didn’t have it I asked for a manager that apparently wasn’t there. So I told them I would take my business elsewhere. My friend happen to be able ti break my $100 so I went back in to use the lotto machine and I asked for a complaint card that of course they didn’t have. So they gave me a piece of paper I was going to fill out until I heard them throwing a fit like a five yr the lord guy even hit something. At this point I decide to leave when I walk by the counter being flared at I tossed the paper on the counter and they both started screaming at me that I was 86 out of the store. The owner need to check their cameras because these employees are rude aggressive and have no customer service experience. I have managed stores before and I would have fired everyone working that day. Customers may not always be wright but when your employees act like they do that’s how you lose business."

"The last 3 times we’ve came to get gas we can’t use our credit cards. People who work there have always been nice until today. My husband went in to pay cash because once again we couldn’t use the credit card. Handed the elderly woman $50 to turn on the pump, we only needed around $20 to fill up the UTV. She tried to make him feel stupid saying she can’t just turn on the pump. She literally argued with him, instead of just saying ok. He just wanted to make sure he could come back to get his change. I do realize it’s hard to find employees now days, but she should not be waiting on the public. He said there was a younger girl behind her smiling because she could even see how rude she was. It was around 11 or 11:30 am on June 7th. I realize there’s not much you can do with the credit card machine, but I just think you should be aware that she is running people off from your business. We won’t be back."
