"Pretty much like all the rest of them"
"The manager at the register was rude towards my husband and when I asked for her name she refused to tell us. Real unprofessional. And here's the thing I used to work for maverick you can't act the way she did and expect people to want to come back."
"Self check is there to help move the line thru, weather 3 people are in it or 10. When competent cashier's are working it is never a problem ringing at self check. I was told today that state law will not let me buy alcohol thru this self check. The cashier even apologized loudly in front of all the customers for me having to wait in line after being refused service at self check, just to be a little ruder. I hate this store lately"
"I'm 41 years old and buy beer here 3 times a week. I have a nitro card and fill my rig up when I need to. I've probably bought beer here hundreds of times over the last year. Because I look my age, I have never been asked for my ID. The other night I went to buy a 12-pack and the man working register wanted to scan my ID. I don't feel comfortable with this because by scanning it, Maverick has access to my personal data like driver's license number, hair color, weight, eye color etc. I asked him if he could look at my ID and look at my face to verify my age like a police officer would do. He refused and told me that he couldn't sell me alcohol. Rather than get upset I told him that I would talk to a manager for clarification. Today, I went to speak with the manager and apparently I was 10 minutes before his shift started. He refused to even pop his head out to acknowledge me telling his cashier that I would have to wait that 10 minutes till his shift began. What kind of customer service is this? What kind of leadership is that from our management perspective? what kind of example of customer service does that show to his employees? While I was in the store I watched two older gentlemen not even have their IDs checked or scanned. Why am I being treated differently?"
"I go to Mavericks at least two times a day and am located by this one and the Post Falls location. There has been two times I have went into this store and if they are out of something they fill it right away. Last time I was in there Alicia took such good care of us. She is always nice and when we come in she is always doing something and being friendly! 5 stars"
