"The last handful times I've been were not good experiences. I have family from many nationalities and am not prejudiced against anyone. That said, there's an employee that works evenings that should not represent our local 7-11. He has dark hair and dark skin, I'm only referencing because he's never had a name tag that I've seen. I've never seen him smile, and he is never cordial. I used to buy cigarettes there amongst other things. I come in, and he's like, "just a minute," from somewhere and yet to be seen. Several minutes later, he brings what I requested with an obvious attitude. Made me feel like what he was doing was more important than his customers. Never felt that way at this location before. The last straw, I went for a propane exchange. The full tanks that they have locked up have a bright colored plug where the hose connects. I saw two that were full. It was a very stormy night. My request was met with his reply that they were out. And it wasn't very friendly, no eye contact, more like I was wasting his time. I asked, "Are you sure?" He replied, all are empty while looking down his nose at me. No worries! FYI PROPANE EXCHANGES ARE $5 LESS AT SUPER 1 AND YOKES. I WON'T DO BUSINESS WITH THIS 7-11 AGAIN WHILE HE IS EMPLOYED."

"I’ve been coming here for over 20 years. The last employee wasn’t the greatest but this new guy is the sweetest! He is always in a great mood and very kind! He even gave my daughter some Valentine’s Day candy ❤️"

"Reading all the reviews I'm not sure why there are so many 1 stars. I stop in to this 7/11 at least once a day and sometimes even twice. Ali is usually my cashier. In my opinion He is always very nice and friendly even cracks a funny joke occasionally. My husband also stops in at least once a day and says even when it's not ali he has no issue."

"Went in to buy some drinks and snacks and I was met by the rudest man I have ever came across in customer service. This man should be working with the public period. Also I don't think the floor has been cleaned in a LONG time because my feet were sticking to the ground. I will never go back there. I was talking to a friend of mine and when he went in there for a pizza the guy rudely said, "do you want me to cook that?" What kind of question is that? It's your JOB! And then made a big deal out of it and made my friend feel bad for even buying the pizza. They won't be going back either. Sad because this 7-Eleven has been here since my mom was a kid."
