"Picked up a load at the Coleman Co in Wichita Kansas. Got there at noon Which was their lunch time so had to wait till 12:30 to find out which door I was being put in. Back up to the door. Waited 45 minutes before they started loading me. The load was kinda small. Only weigh 28000 pounds. So figure it would not take them very long to load me. Maybe a hour and a 1/2, 2 hours. Forget that it took them 3 hours to load me. Even though my appointment wasn't till 2 o'clock, they took me anyway. Then it only took another hour for them to get my paperwork. I would say stay away from this place. Cause you'll be there a while. And then again maybe Other people has had better luck than me."

"I own a 2005 motorhome that I was having an AC issue with. I had tried all kinds of troubleshooting with it myself. I had contacted the company about 4 separate times to get tech support. Each call and each tech team member were all very helpful. The most helpful of all was Derek H. who really took a deep dive with me to finally pinpoint the problem that causing my AC issue. We got it resolved with out having to pay hundreds of dollars for a AC repair company to come out and take a look at it. I really appreciate the excellent customer service and support that this company provides. Thank you Derek!!!"

"Takes about 2 hrs total loading. Very decent professional people. My delivery was the next morning. I was allowed to park overnight. Security is as good as I have encountered. Officer Sonya Sullivan was patient as I searched for the correct pickup number and clear with her directions. It set the tone for a really good pickup for me. Also took me earlier than my appt."
