Quality Inn

"The service was amazing. They are polite and kind. We have had to find somewhere else to stay because the pool and hot tub are freezing. The reason we were coming to town was to be able to swim and do dinner and a movie. The rooms were ok. The room with the tub some of the jets were gross. The toilet was wobbling and not clean. Unfortunately out side i was unsure with people in their cars in the parking lot as well."

"Was pleased to find a hotel with the standard hotel decor versus the new mod cheap looking ones in real dark colors. Wanted a queen bed unit and all they had was the wheelchair accessible one on main floor. Never seen a hotel without a queen on its top floor but the room was very clean, had all the features one would want, including a Krieger coffee machine for a good inroom coffee. The bed was very comfortable and the tv which don’t watch at home did have a good selection of channels with older shows we like. Everything worked well and we had sa very nice comfortable sleep. Price we were able to get it for was good as well. The room does need some paint refreshing but was pleased overall with its presentation and easy to locate off the highway. Sadly the pool and hottub were down for maintenance which was a disappointment. The only issue is staff though are not too friendly, although misunderstood the breakfast end time and the fellow was nice enough to accommodate us with something. Would stay here again though as hard to find good reasonably priced hotels these days."

"This hotel exceeded my expectations!! The staff is so very nice and helpful, always a smile!! Check in was easy, as was checkout!! The location was convenient. Bed was very comfy, room was a good size, it was quiet!! We had a great stay!! Thank you guys at Quality Inn!!"

"Hotel staff was friendly and the rooms are decent size, but that's really the only thing this place has going for it. The bathtub drain was clogged and exceptionally disgusting. I assumed the moldy look to the caulking was a stain, but clearly the bathtub/shower was not cleaned properly or the staff would have known about the clog. Even more disturbing was at breakfast when we heard two other families complaining about clogged and dirty tubs in their rooms as well. Breakfast was ok, but the tables were sticky and gross. The pool bottom looked gross enough we didn't jump it to see if it was indeed dirty/sand on the bottom. When we brought up the clogged tub issue as we were checking out the clerk said, "ok" and she wrote the room number down. That's it. I want to be clear that although I am super disappointed at the fact that this hotel triples their price just because it's WSU family weekend, that isn't why I'll never stay here again."
