"Had a wonderful stay. Everyone was very kind and helpful. Ate a couple of times in the restaurants and the food was great. My favorite part was there was a firm pillow on the bed. Thank you."
"Beautiful hotel, clean, friendly staff. I used to stay at the brand names in Lewiston. Not anymore. This place is nicer and more affordable. On top off that you get free passes to the Snap fitness less than 100yds away and the in house restaurant and bats ate fantastic!"
"I was blown away by this beautiful hotel. First of all the young lady Melissa at the front desk was so very nice and helpful. The suite was beyond fantastic. Along with the view, and the spacious room, my wife and I had a wonderful stay. Thank you will definitely stay here again when in town."
"Room was super dirty, dust everywhere, white stains running down the headboard, dried boogers on the bright white shower curtain, hair and dried soap scum on the shampoo dispenser, urine on the toilet, was not impressed at all. Stayed there for a work trip with my husband and not sure that I'll stay there again."
"If I could give this hotel a negative star, I would. Let's start with the rooms beyond disgusting. Blood stains on the blankets. The closet still has some clothes left from whoever stayed there the last time. But that wasn't the worst part. The EMPLOYEES need to be trained right. Customer service is lacked. I've never seen people as rude as the employees of this hotel. They need more than just training. They lacked human decency overall. So ghetto. Very low class people. The so-called manager needs to be fired! He acts as if he owns the parking space. And tried to record as we were moving it out. Run as far away from this hotel. It's not worth the price."
