The guy I was on the phone was acted like he didn't care about anything like he didn't care about anybody's problems and he really didn't want to hear It. Then they wanted to charge over a $100 just to look at it!!! My grandmother is 86 years old she was freezing and they did not care I would never refer anybody to this sorry company."
