They'll quote "policy" in an effort to collect an additional $60 fee, when they didn't work on the right thing the first time. Even staying local isn't worth the headache of working with Circle D. So sad that customer service has really gone to pot anymore! The rudeness of the owner, has cost his business the purchase of a new refrigerator and washer dryer that my son would have bought from them, and any future business from me and my husband. I know the loss of our business may not be a big deal to them, but we own a business too and feel every customer counts!!"
