"The Cheese Fairy is a MUST when I come to Baker City. The staff is knowledgeable, friendly, and listens to special requests. I ordered a small charcuterie box for a friend, without pork products. They had a beef option, and made sure to slice the beef before continuing with the salami to ensure there wasn't any cross contamination. I love how high end their products are. I always feel booji eating anything they recommend. Their pairings are spot on."

"We were visiting from out of town and we came upon this lovely cheese shop, which shares space with a lovely wine tasting venue. The cheese hostess was most gracious allowing us to sample many wonderful European imports all the while enjoying a lovely glass of Syrah poured by a most gracious sommelier. We left with a bottle of wine and many cheese wedges to enjoy on the rest of our road-trip. We can’t wait to visit again M the next time we pass through town."
