"Mike and Lisa are great! They will be my first call when I need help. I called last minute to have a used RV inspected and they were able to fit me in. The inspection was very thorough. Mike and the folks with him were extremely helpful in talking through what they were doing and finding. I did buy the RV and a few weeks later needed it winterized. We found a time that would work for them but I couldn’t be there. I had no problem saying I would leave the RV open and the keys on the counter. They are worthy of that trust."

"My trust is hard to earn, but Mike and Lisa at Pinnacle RV have earned my trust. They were recommended by a reliable engine shop as a good place to go to get my old a/c replaced, which they did quickly and well. While doing that, Mike spotted a serious electrical problem that another RV servicer in Airway Heights had totally missed in a very expensive summerization and pre-trip check. (It wasn't something Mike could work on, so he wasn't inventing a problem to get more money.) He also gave me some good tips on taking care of my RV, and great safety suggestions. I live 160 miles away from Pinnacle, but I already knew I wasn't taking my RV anywhere else. When it was time to winterize, I was experiencing some challenges getting back over to Spokane before freezing weather, and so Lisa put Mike on the phone and he talked me through a few things to do until I could get my rig to them. When I finally made it, he even showed me how I could do stuff myself. His wife, Lisa, is like frosting on the cake. She is warm and friendly, and was a whiz at fitting me into the schedule, even with my delay. I need to rely on my RV being in good condition when I travel, so I trust and rely on them. "After having several disappointing experiences with service at Lance dealerships, I was at a loss. I'm new at owning a camper and found out the hard way that dealerships are _NOT_ the way to go. In fact, sometimes dealerships will not have a certified RV tech on staff. I got lucky and found Mike's business cards. I looked his business up online and found out about a soft start mechanism for the AC to help decrease the power load on startup. Mike brought Laura with him for the install. They did a great job, we're very adept at answering my questions and explaining things. The next job was to redo the lap sealant around my roof and to silicone seal all sides. Lisa, Mike, and Laura somehow were able to fit me i to the schedule and got it done. Again, very happy with the job they did. And then, I almost got caught with my pants down... due to scheduling issues, i cant head south until the second week in November. The weather took a change and I needed to get my camper winterized. As busy as they are at Pinnacle, they were able to fit me in. It's about to dip into the 20s here and I don't have to worry about my water and sewage systems freezing up. "Pinnacle was recommended to us, we have a leak in our water lines and the air conditioning stopped working, unbeknownst to us we had a small mouse infestation who may have chewed the lines in the a/c. Pinnacle claimed there are drop and play A/Cs that you can purchase and install just like electronic equipment, dummy us we believed them, systems don’t exist. The leak underneath they claimed was because the drainage valve wasn’t tight enough, dummy us we believed them, Pinnacle Charged us over 300 for the call, the tightening of the valve, and for the guy and two girls to sit and lie stating they would come back and finish the work, low n behold a week later we get a text stating they can’t do anything they claimed and promised. Be careful make sure it’s simple work, I’ll be shocked if my review stays up for a year, Response to owner claim; 1 it took this long to write the review due to life and other obstacles, we were finally able to bring the 5th wheel home and properly clean it. Thats when we discovered the original leak, 2. As far as me not being the owner, true, but I was the major point of contact for both parties through text and calls. 3. Pinnacle did discuss fees with us, but they flat lied to my face and the owner as to the issues of drop and play A/Cs, we were never told anything about non completion of work until after they left, a week later we received a text stating they could not do the job and to go elsewhere."
