"Two words …FUCKING BRUTAL!!! They not only ripped me ( charged double the quote !!)off but caused further damage on my Park model… Do not use these LOSERS. By the way I had used them for the past 25 years and soo sad they have turned into such a poor example of a company …. Thanks Twin country…. YOU ARE Terrible!!!"

"I couldn't get past the phone call. We needed batteries replaced in our 5th wheel. I called to ask what their procedures were so that I could find out prices and how far they go to help. I asked if they are willing to email specs, or do they need to come out and if yes how much and all along the way she kept interrupting me, accused me of only asking for specs, and she finally hung up on me. Extremely rude and also the price she did quote to me was $119 just to come out. With that kind of customer service, I wouldn’t touch them with a 10 foot pole."

"Unfortunately, terrible phone manners for a small company, they sent a worker to connect a water line to our RV, my husband ended up teaching the service person, and then the company charged us double the time…. Not our fault they sent someone who didn’t know what to do… nor did they have any supplies in their van and took 30mins to go back to get a $2 piece…."

"Interesting how they expect time to work. Doing business with a company that doesn't respond then blames your company for not responding. That's so funny Valerie. I phoned you on more than one occasion to email a bid and left tons of messages and then you call to tell me that lack of communication on our end is the problem check your phone history cause you need a better secretary. So maybe call back next time or own up to your short comings and don't take 3 weeks to submit a bid then complain cause you didn't get the job."
