"We have eaten there 2 times in the past 2 months and ordered to go 5 times. When we ate there it was fine, though inconsistent. My wife got the same menu item all 7 times we ate there and every time it was a different experience. Same item every time. The first time we ordered out, it was fine The second time they waited until we got there to make the food which defeats the purpose of me calling ahead. "So it's fresh" they said. Third time they put the salsa it came with on the meal instead of on the side and when we got it we had Torta Soup. They replaced the meal. Fourth time I decided to get something myself, they waited to tell me until I got there that they did not have it and made me the new thing I ordered, my wife's getting cold in the process. Waited 20 minutes after the 20 I waited to go get the food. Fifth time the food had no vegetables at all and looked like they threw the meat beans and cheese on there (Sounded like they forgot to make it, they told me it was ready and I waited 5 minutes after the 20 to get there to get the food in the picture. I called to let them know I had no vegetables and the woman told me 3 TIMES that meal has no vegetables. I insisted this was the first without any and that they always asked me if I wanted them. The woman spoke to someone else who told them it gets lettuce and tomato, and offered to give me the vegetables if I went back. 3 stars for the food 1 star for the experience 0 Stars for consistency and organization. The food tasted different and looked and was made different every time and we got the same thing every time."
