"my mom and i went to the rosauers bakery to get some custom cupcakes for a ceremony, we ordered 32 cupcakes with black and orange frosting and white sprinkles. what we got were lumpy cupcakes with not even fully mixed colors, cupcakes with dark gray/blueish colors, the piping job was unacceptable, and the sprinkles were yellow, orange and brown. truly unacceptable, i am disappointed."

"It's the only "Quality/High end" grocery store that also sells many other convenient and useful products in my neighborhood! It's very clean, and the staff is knowledgeable pertaining to they're products as well as which aisles in which to find said such goods! I highly recommend to ANYONE with taste this fine establishment as a place to shop for the best of what my local "Browne's addition neighborhood" has to offer."

"Went in tonight 10/18/23 approx 530. Joseph, the window helper, was very rude to me. Your sign to stand back was not visual, so he ranted and yelled at me like a child. I tried to tell him I did not see the sign and began to yell at me again. We left. We always come every wen but will never come back .. I tried to buy chicken and the tall boy with brown hair ,Caucasian said we could only buy 1 to 10 pieces. Well, it looked old any way.. I'm done with your store. You allow people begging at the door. Everyone I meet I will tell about this. Your other staff just listened to Joseph act a fool, and his hands were shaking. " He was going to hit me."

"Always great customer service. Prices are a little higher than average, but I'm willing to pay that for a clean store and nice staff. Due to extreme drug use at this location there is no public bathroom any longer, as of today 6/19/23, this is still true. That would be my only complaint. I take water pills and so it really sucks to be out shopping and have no access to a bathroom."

"I really do love this store especially after the remodel. My neighborhood store so I go there daily. The staff is wonderful especially the meat/seafood department, the older gentlemen who stocks the dairy and the checkers but your bakery. It has so much potential and it’s the only thing I have an issue with. The cold case is never full what is in it looks horrible and there is no variety. I’ve bought cinnamon rolls and pull aparts they just put out that are super dry. They definitely over bake or put out old stuff. There was a sale on carrot cake and they had chili peppers on them haha. Just super disappointing maybe get new management? I know I’m not the only one who browses the bakery then heads for ice cream. I have recently realized and learned they have no actual bakery back there after remodel. Go look. Everything is baked at another one and brought in. Not sure how they’re dating it but I’m pretty sure they’re adding dates and that’s why everything is so dry."
