Beverage Shack on 4th

"I love this place and all of the employees except for Lorraine, I believe she might be the manager? Thankfully her coworkers don’t mimic her rude and lacking customer service skills. No hello, no smile, no movement anywhere in my direction when I arrived. I couldn’t read the can labels because they were turned so I asked what flavors they had, she asked me what I liked cause there’s a few. Well no kidding, that’s why I asked, so I tried to say again that I couldn’t see the labels and she cut me off mumbling off random flavors that they have. Not sure why she couldn’t have just helped with that at the beginning?? Then she said something about them not being cold and she can offer a cup of ice which at this point, I think she might have realized that she was being rude but it didn’t matter because I was done talking to her. This town is still small and everyone knows everyone. She might want to find a different profession since this one is too annoying for her to be bothered with."

"I have been going to the beverage shack for over two years now because it’s conveniently located by my house. It seems every time I go there it’s the same girl she seems bothered that she has to attend to me every time. Today she was extremely rude because I knocked a piece of ice off my window. asked her what her name is because I’m tired of her being rude to me and her name is Lorraine but she also stated she has worked there for nine years I don’t know how she has terrible customer service I know that I will no longer be going to the beverage shack because of her."

"One of the best places and well staffed locations to just drive up and have them cater to us, Heidi is amazing, as well as the brunette that works there that calls myself and my girl party animals, even though we aren't, we love them both. Super friendly and just amazing to work with, thanks ladies for all of your hard work. Also, this is Josh and Lo, the two cool cats on their hogs :)"

"I was very confused pulling in, partially because of how cool it was. I had the option to stay in my car while the very nice gentleman gathered what I wanted. I chose to step out of the car and take a walk around. A fairly large selection of beers, wines and other soft drinks. The prices seemed fair. All around a cool spot/ visit."
