"My wife and I stopped here driving home from Colorado. We asked about the Campfire Cakepop and they said it was marshmallow flavored. It was not. It was graham cracker flavored and there was no hint of marshmallow flavor at all. What was worse was that we asked for one of our drinks with almond milk as my wife is lactose intolerant. They gave us regular milk and we had to make several extra bathroom visits on the way home as a result. I’m thoroughly disappointed with the knowledge and skills of the staff."

"Ordered 2 drinks for $13. The order taker didn't confirm what we had ordered. When we received the beverages, one of the drinks was incorrect. I asked for my drink to be remade correctly and got interrupted with attitude before I finished my sentence. I repeated my order and what I had asked for. She remade my order and brought it to the window and didn't ask if it was correct. Just a dismissive 'thank you' and shut the drive thru window. The drink was still incorrect, and she wouldn't return to the window."

"Watched the guy dropping a bunch of coffee filters on filthy floor… looked at it for a second and then put it back on the shelf for future use… I was standing behind their backs and no one cared. Fine, whatever, I wasn’t going to review a place 1 star just for that. Then I got my regular black coffee and it was barely warm. I asked the same guy why isn’t hot at all and all I got back from him is “I don’t know, I can’t make it any warmer”… simply didn’t care. It’s a talent to earn a 1 star after 5 min of serving a customer. Good luck to the business owners."

"Seems pretty expensive for a normal coffee shop, not sure why it was 8 dollars for an iced coffee from you, but Starbucks only charge 4~ for theirs. The cashier was pretty meek and hardly said a word to me while I was ordering, in fact he didn't even great me, just asked me what I was ordering."
