"I never leave reviews, but felt compelled after my terrible experience there today. I ordered a Raspberry lemon water with my meal. I live 4 hrs away from Goodland. When ordered from any Sonic in my town, they use fresh lemon. This sonic used the lemon flavoring which is horrible tangy. I went in and politely asked if I could have it made with fresh lemon instead and I apologized for not requesting fresh lemon in the first place. I explained that every sonic I have ever ordered from used fresh lemon. The carhop, Elke, was very sweet about it and went in the back to remake it. I could hear her talking with another female. That female rudely said “She asked for the lemon flavoring. (Not true) She did not ask for fresh lemon.” Her tone was nasty and she repeated it a couple times that I had not asked for fresh lemon (which I had already admitted) I could tell the carhop was uncomfortable when she came back out to give me the water. I left and we continued on our road trip. My food was cold and my sandwich was wrong. I ordered the full chicken sandwich but was given a smaller chicken slinger instead. It was cold and overcooked. What a waste of money. I never went back to correct my order- would have loved to hear the snide comments if I had. Just a word of advice for your staff: if they want to talk crap on the customer, perhaps they should make sure the customer is out of earshot."

"My order was wrong except for my drink ( but was wrong size & tasted flat.. ) was supposed to get the new brownie shake.. but was given chocolate with a alot of whip cream in it... they went super sparingly on the tots.. 11 tots to be exact..pretzel was the only thing that was correct on my order... pretty disappointed.. & since I am not a person to have them come back & redo my order bc I do know people get even crappier food when doing so . I dealt with it.."

"This is a nice Sonic with quite the indoor eating area! Very nicely decorated and there's even a TV and games for kids. The food was typical Sonic, and when the guy taking our order couldn't hear us he actually ran out to our stall to get everything which was awesome. Overall a good Sonic experience"

"Sonic is not a place that I would genuinely describe is good food. It's fast it's easy it's cheap. You pull into the parking spots for the outside ordering and car experience. However this location is a bit different. Every other Sonic I have ever been to is soley an outside Eatery. If the weather was bad you're getting rain and wind in your car. However this one is different. It may not be unique there very well could be hundreds upon thousands of other locations out there that allow you to dine in... But I thought it was unique because I've never seen one before. You could enter the building order inside and pull up a seat and eat inside. Inside this location everything was clean. Everybody was nice and friendly. There was absolutely nobody that works there who were even remotely rude. It was a refreshing experience. We sat in a slightly separated room and the air conditioning was fantastic. Normally I'm not one for paying attention to the air conditioning but giving it was a hot day that room was kept nice and cool. The food was not fantastic. It is a Sonic after all... However my chicken was alright the fries were fine just a bit salty. And my buddy ordered a burger there and he said it was genuinely good."
