"If you make an appointment they're typically very good at being on time. More than once I've been early and pretty much got right in. Prices are very fair and competitive. Staff is very friendly, knowledgeable, professional and shows you, literally shows you on their screen, all of your options and prices. They don't just sell you the most expensive tire, they give you the information you need to make the best decision for your vehicle and what you use it for. They offer road hazard certificates and they absolutely honor them. I have never been let down and my wife and I have spent thousands of dollars here over many years. We have used our road hazard certificates more than a couple times too. This is the only tire shop I'll do business with."

"Their tire prices seem fine, I'm just a little salty about a bad experience. I bought tires from them 3 years ago that had either a 7 or 10 year warranty. I didn't get them rotated as often as I should have, but they only lasted 2 years. Front tires were basically bald. Warranty wasn't honored, understandably - I should have rotated them more often, but still kind of annoying that the tires only lasted 2.5 years. I was told I'd need 4 new tires, price seemed good, and I passed my credit card to keep them on hold since I couldn't get them put on that day. Then I went and checked with another tire vendor and was told I only needed 2 tires. So I went with the other vendor. 3 weeks later I checked my credit card bill, and I was charged for the tires that never got put on. They did refund the $700, but I guess the whole process rubbed me the wrong way. I don't religiously check my credit card bill, so I feel lucky I just happened to check. I strongly doubt I will return unfortunately."

"Awesome place for great service. They squeezed me in on an extremely busy day to get my tire replaced under warranty. Only down side is I had to drive to this location from liberty lake because the store on East Sprague in Spokane Valley didn't have my tire. So really it's not bad just out of my way but what can you expect when everyone in Spokane is here for new tires for the winter. Again great service and flexibility to help me out with my 1 tire replaced. Now if you need all 4 new tires I would recommend setting up an appointment for this location or don't wait until the snow starts falling to get your tires swapped out for your winter tires."

"BEST WARRANTY EVER! Come see Andrew if you’re in need of some new tires! Today’s the slowest they’ve been in months… great day to get them done. Surprising since there’s over 7 people in the waiting room and more people keep coming through the door. I spoke with Andrew over the phone and he was very attentive towards my needs as we are leaving on a road trip ASAP. This location is very efficient and all the employees I encountered are knowledgeable, friendly, and fun-loving… makes for a great atmosphere. With so many locations, I feel safe during road trips knowing that I have their tire warranty. A few years back when driving from WA to OR, something went wrong with a tire on the freeway. I googled Discount Tire and they were the next exit. They were able to get me taken care of, tire replaced for free under warranty, and I was back on the road in just over an hour. Any location I’ve been to in multiple different states has always been an awesome experience."
