"Aamco is amazing with outstanding customer service and very knowledgeable. I came in because I heard a popping noise and felt a grinding when I made a sharp turn in my SUV. I took Alex on a test drive and was able to show him the issue. He was able to pinpoint the problem and fixed my car! Now I am back up and running and driving my babies around safely! Thank you"
"Great customer service! We were able to make an appointment to get our Jeep looked at quickly. They had it fixed and back to us in a day and a half!"
"The staff here are very professional, and they treat you like family! Lets ben honest, No one likes getting bad news about their vehicle, especially when the bill comes; These guys know what they are doing and they won't try and upsell you or overprice any services like a lot of other repair shops. I stopped in 2 weeks ago to get my transmission looked over, I was having issues with slipping and boost creep. I was quoted over $15,000 at my local subaru dealership, and they told me I had to get a whole new transmission without telling me what was wrong specifically. I took it to AAMCO for a second opinion, and they told me I had a few minor leaks and was only missing about a quart of transmission fluid. After topping me off with fluid, my car runs perfectly again! Im jot slipping gears and shifting is smooth again!I will still need to return to get my leaks repaired ( I am currently awaiting a quote), but a repair is definitely better than the $15,000 subaru wanted me to pay. If you're looking for someone locally to work on your vehicle, I would 100% recommend you stop by and have them look your car over. They will give you all the details as well as regular updates. You can't go wrong with these guys. Do yourself a favor and ease your car worries with AAMCO."
"I took 2 of my vehicles here last year and had bad experience. First my 2014 GMC Truck had a slip. They told me I needed a new transmission. Funny thing my cousin has been a transmission repair man for 30 years and 2 weeks earlier said it was fine. I could not get back to him as he lives in MT so I said change it. After it was changed it still had issues and it took weeks to get my truck back. During that time my son's mustang had a Transmission leak so I had them fix it. I brought it home and it had 2 more leaks so I brought it back. They informed me that it was the front seal and the timing gear cover seal. I told them to fix it and while they were in to replace the timing chain. On return the timing was out so I took it back and had them fix it. This last Friday the car broke down on the side of the road. AAMCO was not open so I took it to my Primary Mechanic, Northwest Automotive. They found the harmonic pulley shattered because it was not tightened down properly the last time it was removed. When I contacted this store they first called the mechanic that found the problem a liar. Then said they never worked on the timing a second tine because his paperwork is 100% correct and has been for 30 years. Now who's lying. There are shops that don't write up warranty paperwork if a job comes in in less than a few days and they made the mistake. Now they refuse to take any blame or responsibility. The manager told me if I wrote this he would just come back and say it is not their responsibility it is mine. So if shops like this are not accountable for their work, What are we teaching this generation about worth and workmanship. The worst part of this is N/W told me that due to the loose Harmonic Pulley my Crankshaft now has play which could mean a new engine. Could that have been their play all along."
