"DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS!!!! Dave Hollingshead is a complete liar and a fraud. He made me pay for my service before he would work on my car and then he disappeared. He will not return my calls or perform the service I paid for. Now I am suing him in small claims court. It is sad that he will destroy his business reputation and receive complaints to the BBB over a measly $115.73. which he refuses to repay."

"We needed a roadside repair while traveling through Spokane, and didn’t have the right tools on hand to take care of it ourselves. Called up this mobile service, and they came out to the parking lot we were stranded in, and were able to do the repair right there. Super friendly and helpful, despite the poor weather conditions. They got us back on the road for a fair price, in fact we were bracing ourselves to have to pay a lot more than that for such a wonderful service!"

"Unbelievably great service. I was called to help my brother finish up a job on a friends 98 Jeep Grand Cherokee. He couldn’t figure out what he did wrong...he had replaced the radiator, water pump and thermostat and ended with a large coolant leak in the end, after sealing the water pump gasket for him and checking everything over, I noticed he had snapped a bolt in the thermostat housing. That’s were the leak was coming from. This was not my car or my friend so I called it quits early into the ‘repair’ I called 509 Mobile Service for help. My extraction set was not going to work to reach the broken bolt, and frankly....the only one grateful for my help was my brother.....not the owner of the car. I had to get back to my house after calling and figured the mechanic would handle this. I just got off the phone with my brother.....the job was done. Not easily, and not without hassle and not in warm weather. I am sorry for the hassle and a large tip is deserved. Thank you SO much for dealing with this. This will be my first call if I ever personally need help with any of my vehicles."

"Excellent services! I had a 94 Jeep Cherokee with multiple alarm systems that had locked my Jeep totally. No quick lock grounds still connected to quick reboot. He did a strip of the alarm system and my Jeep is up and running for literally not even 1/3rd the price of the Jeep dealership that wanted $90 an hour for diagnostic and repair. Thank you Dave for your quick response and efforts. Also it was stationed at my house and he came out to help."
