"If I could give zero I would. These people pressured my mom into buying their product when we kept telling them we couldn't afford it and she broke and gave them her last of her money and now she can't eat dinner. They also neglected to inform us that there was a no refund policy."

"Worst facial I’ve ever had. It was barely 30 minutes. She was late getting me in and didn’t use the equipment you thought she was going to use, but a smaller handheld device. A good facial takes a good 1 hour plus and I can say that because I’ve been licensed for 48 years and my BARE BONES facials last at least 60-75 minutes or more. It’s a bait & switch type deal to get you in and sell you expensive creams and devices they want $7000 dollars for! Yes I looked up all their items while I waited. The same people are in a kiosk DOWNSTAIRS pushing you the same products that I can buy WHOLESALE for Pennie’s on the dollar compared to what they charge. In fact, I had just bought the same red light device and it was delivered this morning but I didn’t have time to open the box. I feel sorry for the aesthetician as she’s nice but young and she has Lots to learn and if she laid on my table she’d immediately feel the difference in facial techniques. I hate when people touch me with a barely there feel. If she ever wants to learn good technique and proper touch I’m available. They won’t be there long term because nobody can afford the devices and products as the price is too high and the facial cost at $69 was barely worth my effort to drive there. Sad for her. I’d recommend she go into medical aesthetics and get some in depth training and do More hands on facials and touch people with confidence and firmer fingers."

They tried selling me a set of skincare products and kept pushing me to buy the product and not to care about anything else but my face and even dropped the price from $200 down to $75. The experience made me very uncomfortable"

I saw an ad on Facebook promoting the signature facial for a discount price, but when I arrived, nothing felt cheap. The facial felt amazing, the place is super clean, and I even got a free consultation after the facial that helped me a lot to get a better understanding of my daily routine. Over all, A+ I would definitely go back whenever I’m in the area."
