"I've never had my nails done before, I've always been too nervous because I don't have the nicest nails. I picked TV because the reviews I saw mentioned how kind the staff was. I found those reviews to be true. The staff were very kind. The experience was relaxing and not stressful at all. I also had one broken nail and they repaired it for free. It was a great experience and I'll be going back."

"Update: I have been back three times since the below experience. Each time they’ve done a great job and most recently they shared with me that the girl who cut my finger is no longer employed by them and apologized for that experience. I appreciate their acknowledgment of what happened and the great job they are doing. I’ve been getting gel manicures here for four months now and most of the staff does a great job. Today, however, was my first time getting my nails done by Halle/Halie, and I will not be letting her do it again. While trimming my cuticles, she caused me to bleed in four different areas. This usually isn’t a huge deal but one of the spots she took a giant chunk out of my cuticle, and it literally bled the entire 40 minutes I was getting my nails done. It still stings an hour later and I’ve had to put Neosporin and a Band-Aid on it. Kind of defeats the purpose of getting my nails done if I have to cover it with a Band-Aid. In addition, when I asked her to make my nails shorter, she ignored me. After asking twice and being ignored I finally pulled my hands out of hers and said she needs to grab the clippers because I like my nails shorter. She never apologized for making me bleed quite a lot, ignored me about nail length and as seen in the photo she got polish on my skin. The rest of the staff does a much better job, I especially like the older gentleman, but Halee/Halie really needs a lesson in cuticle cutting and kindness to customers."

"My mom and I made an appointment over the phone the same day I called. They put me in without any problems. The salon was very clean, the staff are very friendly. We did a pedicure and it was awesome! My mom and I loved it. I set an appointment to do acrylics the next day. It was my first time getting acrylics done and it was a wonderful experience. I loved my nails and I got lots of compliments from people and asked where I got them done. Definitely going back here! Thank you!"
