"I will forever be returning! The best nail place I have been to in a LONG time. Clean facility, actual NICE and PROFESSIONAL customer service, they take their time and again they are SOOOOOO nice. They are very patient and make sure that the color looks just how you want it. I have also never been to a nail facility that doesn’t beat up my fingers and make them bleed. She almost had me asleep she was so gentle!! She also took care of my cuticles and I didn’t feel a thing!! The last nail tech I had at a different business completely ruined my acrylic nails. The gal here spent a good 45 minutes reshaping them and making sure there was not a single bump. My nails are perfect!!!"

"Worst manicure ever! I have sharp edges on my nail and asked for a design added to my nails. With a dark blue base the nail tech didn't ask me what kind of design I wanted and proceeded to put a bunch of white dots all over my nails. Perhaps going for a snow effect? It looked very childish and busy. I asked her to remove them and she proceeded to file them off, leaving my nails bumpy and wavy. I don't know the nail techs name but she was the older lady I've seen there before. Unfortunately this experience will prevent me from ever going there again. To allow a customer to pay for a manicure and have bumps, bubbles, poor filing and polishing is unacceptable. She also dropped the brush for the base gel on the floor and stuffed it back into the bottle without even looking to see what was stuck to it. Horrible experience! I don't like having to tell someone I don't like something and tried to be as tactful as possible about it. I was still charged for the design that she removed. I didn't realize that before I left her my standard 20% tip for the service feeling bad that I asked her to undo the design. It was worth the additional cost to not waste my money there again!"
