"Placed an order online. Got an email that it was ready to be picked up. Get there and it turns out the color I ordered is sold out. Never got an email letting me know it wasn't available. So I find another color in the same brand, which should have been the same price and covered since I already ordered and wasn't getting the original color I wanted. But nope. Wanted me to pay again, but double what I paid originally. It would be nice if someone would at least tell you what's going on instead of having a bunch of surprises just trying to buy some hair dye."

"This stores level of customer service is sub par at best. They canceled my order, then told me that it wasn’t canceled and I could still come pick it up, and then when I got there they proceeded to tell me that it was in fact canceled and I would have to pay for it again when I hadn’t even gotten the money back for the original purchase. The employees working didn’t even try to make it right. Sally’s has lost my business for good. Highly do not recommend this place unless you want to get scammed."

"I am editing my review upon further dealings with this business. I have been outright lied to by their employees on numerous occasions, and now I have twice ordered to pick up in store for items that showed as eligible and in stock at that location only to not have them available not even 2 hours later when I pick up my order. The email claims I can talk to an associate about substitutions but the employee was refusing that possibility and trying to get me to buy any replacement full price. Adamant that she could do nothing and was incredibly rude. I have had awful experiences with this place and will avoid it when possible in the future. Not acceptable. To fix this I have had to do long phone waits and calls and wait a week or more to get customer service to refund. Not thrilled. ***Original review***Good and bad aspects of this location. They had a better selection than the other Boise location of the neon Iroiro line, but we're out of a lot of the other products I was wanting to look at. Also very very limited on gloves. *****"

"My girlfriend went to this location, bought all of this stuff (and more that she used completely). She says everything was easy to find and she got all the help she needed. She also says that the girl with red/orange hair was amazing and sweet to our 2 year old. She was incredibly patient and even let my daughter help scan all the items"
