"My phone screen died on me, and I am so incredibly glad they were able to fix it at such a good price. The gentlemen at the counter knew exactly what was going on and were able to give me an accurate quote. I love my phone, and I definitely did not want to have to get a new one. It only took a few days to get the replacement part, and I got it back just like new. Devin at the counter was especially helpful and knowledgeable. I do have to say, though, I was pretty disappointed at the end of my transaction when I asked for a new screen protector. I thought I would be getting tempered glass since that's what I've been using for years, but instead, I received a liquid glass protector. With my lifestyle, I can occasionally be rough on my phone, and I feel more comfortable with the tempered glass as I can simply replace it if it breaks, but I know my phone screen is safe underneath. I have never used liquid glass protector before, and I am not entirely comfortable trusting it. If my screen cracks now, then I would be really frustrated. The rep at the counter did not seem to take into consideration my concerns, and I left feeling disappointed after having such a great experience for the first portion. Maybe I didn’t understand the benefits of a liquid glass protector, but I've never used one before, and I did not want one. I'm going to say it was simply a miscommunication, but when I tried to clarify, I didn't feel heard. There was no real resolution for that after it was put on. Overall, the main thing is that my phone is fixed and I am happy about that. Thanks, team."
