"**False Advertising** Came in with 40% off coupon before expiration. They tried the old Switcharoo at the register saying they couldn't ring it up though person in front of me used same one. I walked out and ain't coming back anytime soon. Either the people working play dumb or are dumb."
"Michaels is loaded with aisles of crafts and decorations, floral cake, decorating photos, frames, Christmas, decorations, art supplies. It really was a fun to visit with my daughter, who needed some foam core for her college class. I could easily spend a lot of money on stuff! Lol. I will say one of the girls was kind of. I guess my best word for her would be lazy. She sent the person in front of me down to another girl I named Emma, who is fabulous who helped the guest, and then when I went to the same girl after she sent the other people away, she was not helpful and so guess what I did ?? I went down to Emma and she took great care of me. The other cashier was having her phone in her hand and not really working. Otherwise this place is 5 star!"

"Just got our custom frames back. Thank you to Zachariah for working with us to find the right frame. Thank you Becky (I think I got the name right) for the excellent work. Not inexpensive, but when you have original photos from a local artist/photographer, you want the frames to be right. Definitely worth the price"
"Experience was good with a couple hiccups. Prices marked are not super clear.... I came in for supplies to make a grape vine wreath for my front door. A lot of the floral items were on sale, but it was difficult to tell based on signage exactly which items were discounted. The cashier was very slow to ring things up. Overall I got what I needed at an okay price, but the trip took longer than expected due to poor signage and a slow cashier."
