"Spent thousands on a couch and had to wait over two weeks for delivery. Fine. Day of delivery we move old couches outside to get rid of them and we rearrange the house to make room for delivery guys. Stay home all day watching the tracking number. Tracking number stops working in the final hour of the estimated delivery times I message them to see if they were still on their way (they didn't message us or reach out to us to inform us when they knew) and they tell me they cancelled and won't deliver today because the drive team called in sick. It'll be another week they said. "Sorry. It's out of our control" is their only communication."

He also made a few recommendations that were helpful in narrowing down what would work best for us. Mor had a good selection and fair pricing. Overall good experience."
