"Overall nice group; however recently major blunder on their part. Apparently they are unable to receive information from our drive safe app and were unaware that we were logging mileage. We received a notification from the group that our drive safe discount was removed from our account and when I called the agents basically acted like they had no record of that car having a beacon or being registered for that discount. It was really disappointing. Then I called the drive safe app customer support and they reported record of our logged mileage. So then we settled it and they transmitted the info to Praxel. This happened 2 months ago and we were told our discount would be back on and that we are good to go. We dealt with this on the phone and we’re told everything was ok. This week, I find out that the discount has yet to be added back and I paid for 2-3 months without the discount and now we need a new beacon. Love how it was « all fine » but apparently it wasn’t dealt with or taken care of. So now I’m dealing on the phone with them again and they are « fixing it » like it’s a big favor to me. Let me break it down people: 1) you done screwed up because your office can’t communicate with the app. 2) since you are at fault maybe offer me a discount and fix the extra money I had to pay. 3) if it’s not fixed and I need a new beacon- maybe let me know what to expect. 4) if it’s going to be an ongoing problem; I would like to know in advance that this discount will continue to fall off over and over. Really poor experience. I suggest you address it with me…"

"I am a longtime State Farm customer since age 16, (23 years) and decided to change agents a couple years ago. I chose Jack's office after reading reviews and have no regrets! I still receive the same seamless billing, uncomplicated app use, and multiple opportunities for discounts I always have with State Farm but, now also have prompt return of phone calls and online messages, friendly voices on the other end of the phone, and knowledgeable customer service. Contentment with insurance companies without accidents and need for use means your satisfaction comes entirely down to your treatment from your agents office and the prices you're paying for quality. I've yet to find prices to entice me away from State Farm after so many years invested. They've always been on my side (agent and national) handling issues when needed, and I can count on a call when there's some kind of savings that would benefit me I'm not already accessing. Since my switch, my mother, another longtime State Farm customer has switched to Jack's office. My father who struggles to hear and feel understood in his elder years has left his previous company entirely and switched. He doesn't like handling business over the phone. He prefers an office he can walk into in person, feel welcomed, not be rushed, and have things explained to his satisfaction. They're both happy with their switch, just as I have been. None of us can slow inflation, but it's nice to have warning and someone looking out for additional ways to save to cushion it."
