"I have been a loyal customer of ABC Insurance for over a decade, always receiving excellent service from Josh and his team. I have even referred clients to this company in the past. However, I am deeply disappointed to say that I recently had a terrible experience with the owner, JoDee Piersol, when seeking a quote. Their lack of customer service skills and disrespectful language towards their former employees left me shocked and appalled. After this conversation, I can no longer tolerate such behavior and cannot in good conscience recommend anyone to work with this company. I had called to obtain a quote for a friend, and the treatment I received over the phone raises concerns about how JoDee treats people in person. If I can determine where the former employee went, I will gladly switch insurance companies. I hope this review serves as a helpful guide for future clients in choosing the right company to work with. Nobody deserves to experience the same poor treatment that I did.
