"If you think BX barber shops are bad, this place takes the cake. Worst AAFES barber shop I have ever been to. They charge twice as much as they are supposed to and don't even have much experience. On top of that, they have just been closed for several days with no listed ETA of when it will reopen. AAFES pls fix"

"Almost every time I've been, the main guy is training the person who is cutting my hair so it takes twice as long. I'm also always charged a premium price for a basic haircut. Over $20 for simple fade is ridiculous."

"While some of the barbers are decent there is one who clearly has no formal training and is unfamiliar with cutting hair. You’re gambling on whether or not you’ll get a professional haircut from this place and for a barbershop located on a military installation that’s just unsatisfactory. For the same price you can get a better haircut from some of the shops in town."

"Their sign says their temporary hours close at 4:30pm, I get there at 3:35pm and they say that they are close. They have three people in there waiting to get their haircut and apparently that is all they will be able to do for the next hour. I asked when should I come for my haircut and they said I would have to come between 3:45 and 4 but that it would depend on how many people were already in line. I already got there an hour early and with three people in line they were closed."
