"The establishment is very clean, I love the selection in a lot of their departments, especially the bakery/deli; And a lot of the staff are very kind and friendly. However, I think for a lot of the items compared to other big name retailers/chains in the area and in northern Idaho the prices are a bit outrageously expensive. Even if you budget, coupon, you name it, it's very hard to shop here without breaking the bank one way or another."

"I used to give this store 5 stars for quality of food and customer service. Lately it seems like the only kind and prepared employees work the day shift. There is the occasional good worker at night or graveyard shift but unfortunately most of the time I stand for a long time after ringing the bell and the cashier often has a hiccup. Also if you call for help at night there is no one avaliable to check if they carry an item. Disappointing because this is the best place to shop in my area."

"We love their fresh bread machine and bakery items. They have every flavor of Lighthouse Dressings and Dips (Sandpoint, ID,) - a Northwest favorite. The store is well stocked and the staff are always nice. Their fuel prices usually beat anywhere else for 20 miles."

"This isn’t the first time this has happened, and it’s usually in the meat department! Get up to the checkout with a couple pkgs of ground turkey, get to the counter is was over double the price. So I let the night manager know, she said I’m sorry I can’t honor that, showed her pics how it literally couldn’t be any thing else because there was no other tags and no other ground turkey. She said nope I can’t give it to you for that price. I said ok, how are people able to know approximately how much they spend if they can never go off of the prices? She said “NEXT CUSTOMER!”"
