"I felt uncomfortable shopping here. I felt like every move I made the employees were breathing down my neck. I usually like to touch the crystals to feel their energy to see which one I want that’s a very important part of crystal shopping for me but I feel like that’s not really an option here. I felt rushed to hand pieces back so they could go back into the case. I just feel like it should be a more calming and welcoming environment, I felt really tense in there. The energy was off."

"While I like this little store, their no refund policy is ridiculous. I purchased 3 sets of cards which I later decided were not what I was looking for to gift my daughters. If I were trying to return a broken crystal, I could understand. But card sets still In the plastic wrap and never opened, really? Didn't even look at them or let me finish my sentence before interrupting me to tell me about their no return policy. I paid a bunch of money. But the feeling I have been left with is so bad, I am walking these back in and leaving them on their counter. Happy Karma to you."
