"The first time I called, Stan answered the phone and wasn't very polite. I chalked it up to him having a bad day. The second time, it was the same, so I guess he is just jaded or doesn't believe in soft skills or customer service. I made an appointment regardless, and decided to give them a try. It's a small place, not modern or kept up to date, but I guess it works for Kara and Stan. When I was seated in the chair, it was really uncomfortable and seemed to be as old as Stan. I asked to have the back adjusted so I didn't feel as though I was in a lounge chair, but Stan said that is just the way it was. I explained how I wanted my hair cut, and was made to feel stupid that I didn't know the correct term for clippers. The best part of the visit was not my haircut, but Stan telling me the story of all the 3d printers he has at home. I feel as though he rushed my haircut and wanted it over with as soon as possible. The cut was bad, I have been wearing a hat ever since. I worry that Stan's hair cutting skills are as old as he is and he needs a refresher. Honestly, I am not sure why Kara still employs him, must be something other than his cutting or customer service skills. I won't be returning."

She gave me some super helpful tips to address how thin my hair is and the best ways to style it and made sure I was happy with it. She was a great conversationalist to boot! I'll definitely be going here from now o !!"
