"My family and I have been going for years. I went recently and the sheets they used on the chairs with the people before us were not changed. I had to ask the massage person to change them he did after getting angry with me. Also, I was charged for additional services that I repeatedly did not order. When I spoke to the owner she refused to reimburse my credit card. Won't go back again. I agree they used to be very good, but have gone downhill quite a bit in the last few months."

I had a male therapist and husband had a female (the receptionist did tell me the female uses fairly firm pressure) We were the only two customers at the time we went so it was very quiet and relaxing. Both therapists were awesome and we will definitely go back. Husband says we need to go 'at least once a month' as his shoulder feels great (he's had previous rotator cuff surgery)."
