"I used to think this place was too good for me and only rich people went there. I also felt very out of place when I would go there because everyone was dressed up and had so much make up on. But, I have been so pleasantly surprised by the changes they have made. The people that work there no longer wear tons of make up. In fact, some don't wear any. They dress nice but not so dressy that I feel uncomfortable coming in. I appreciate this so much. I feel like I fit in there now. The therapists are kind and supportive. They really take the time to help you and I would highly recommend a massage. It is expensive but it is the best in the valley. The prices are as they should be for the service that you get. They also have a steam room and you can steam before or after your massage. This is included in the price of the massage. I had never done it before and my therapist told me about it. It was amazing! I steam every time I go now. It's so relaxing and rejuvenating. I have chronic back and shoulder pain and having time to steam and have a quality massage is so good for my pain. I really appreciate how friendly and helpful everyone is. They are not fake nice or pretending to be kind, they actually are. Two Rivers has really done a great job in making this an upscale spa without making it feel stuck up. They offer you fruit water, plain water or coffee and they always have cookies out. I really enjoy my time there. It's a lovely escape and wonderful self care. I highly recommend it to anyone!"

"Disclosure: I have not personally received spa services from Two Rivers; this is about a transaction and therefore is not representative of their spa or hair services. My daughter recently turned 16 so I thought it would be neat to get her a cash gift certificate (rather than for specific services) for this well-known and respected spa. Unfortunately though my daughter advised that she wasn't interested in any spa services. I immediately called them (within about five days of purchase) and explained that she is my only daughter and so I no longer have a use for the certificate and wanted to see if they could help me. They reminded me that gift certificates are non-refundable, which I understood, but was hoping for some consideration because of my situation, and if they needed to charge me a processing fee I would totally understand. However instead they stood fast and reminded me that gift certificates are non-refundable, and the owner would not reconsider. As a fellow local small business owner, this was disappointing. Eagle is a small town and this was just a paper gift certificate, so I would have expected some flexibility. Especially considering I called them right away and services were not rendered or defined on the certificate. Instead they now have my cash and I have a gift certificate for which I have no use. I do hope that they reconsider this policy in the future, i.e. maybe at least a 7-day return policy or similar, especially with the holidays approaching."

"In a word… AMAZING!!! My first visit will definitely not be my last! I figured, go big or go home. I did the entire day spa package that included a facial, full body massage, manicure and pedicure. Four separate therapists and each of them were absolutely awesome! My nails left looking beautiful and lasted almost 3 weeks. The body massage rated a perfect 10… I personally like a deep tissue massage where I can leave feeling like I’ve been worked over. She was PERFECT!! I have never had a facial or derma blading before and highly recommend that as well. The entire staff was so friendly and welcoming, they make you feel right at home. I love that you can sit out back on the porch by the fire and see the beautiful Greenbelt and river behind them. From a teacher, they get a 100% A+ from me!"
