"I went in on a Saturday expecting a long que. They got me in right away. I don't often get these services due to lack of time and these salons tend to be loud with many distractions, but I needed to treat myself. There was no bickering or gossiping in Vietnamese between the workers ( yes, they are Vietnamese, I do understand enough). It was quiet and relaxing. They were accommodating , gentle and not at all pushy (thank goodness). During my observation, I noticed no-brownnosing, eyerolls, or any negative behaviors. While paying, I overheard a customer express the pedicure water was too hot; Angel stated "I will fix that. Thank you for telling me". I was so impressed with her manners in customer service. Usually when I hear someone complain about their water temp, it is usually met with some type of sass. It was such a pleasant experience! I will make sure to return! Thank you Rosy Nails!"

"This is hands down the best nail salon I’ve ever been to. All the staff were extremely nice. I‘ve had bad experiences with nail salons in the past so I hate getting my nails done. I had my nails done by Ivy, a very sweet Asian lady. She did an AMAZING job and we had good conversations. Quick side story. Ivy works with her sister and someone by the name of Mary came in. Ivy called out “Hi how can I help you” Mary kind of looked offended and said “It’s Mary!!” Assuming Ivy knew who she was. So Ivy just laughed and said “Oh hi Mary!” She then whispered to me, “She thinks I’m my sister.” A couple minutes later Ivy’s sister came up from the back and saw Mary and said “Hi Mary!” Mary then realized she had the two mixed up. Me and Ivy had a good laugh about it. Anyways, overall, I’m highly impressed with the level of service and hospitality of this establishment. You won’t regret getting your nails done here!"

"My daughter in law and I went for a fun mani pedi. Not so much on the fun side. Very rushed, poor prep, didn’t ask the shape of our nails, hurt both of us when trimming our cuticles and for me, I had lumpy nails when she was done. Never leave review unless it’s positive. Left this because I checked these exact reviews before we went and thought you’d find it helpful."

"I went in today to get a full acrylic set and I showed her the picture saying I wanted coffin shaped and instead of the designs on all fingers I wanted it in the ring finger only. I asked for blue and got purple, she tried to cut my nail when there was none to be cut causing me to bleed. Didn’t say a word the whole time and didn’t apologize for the bleeding either. Nails turned out to be slanted, uneven, crooked and I asked for a French tip and underneath the paint you could still see the line where she glued my nail at. Asked for coffin shape and got almond almost? Only good thing was they refunded my money."
