"Couldn't have asked for a better first experience for my sons haircut! The salon itself was clean, fun and welcoming without being too overstimulating. The staff were also so kind, and patient. I love that the stylist took her time to explain to my son what she was doing, and really helped him to not be afraid of the experience. She listened to exactly what I requested be done, and made sure he had a good time. I love that your kid can choose where they want to sit! They really go above and beyond to provide a good experience."

"Came in for a haircut with no appointment (I don’t recommend doing walk ins because it’s hit or miss due to their packed schedule). They were able to make room for my son almost immediately. We were told it would be about a half hour wait. It ended up being 15 minutes which was awesome, though my son would’ve stayed entertained for a half hour on the playground equipment in the waiting area. Elizabeth was our stylist and was super friendly and personable. She chatted with me and my son the whole time. By the time she was done with the haircut( which was surprisingly fast) both my son and I loved how his new hair looked. This is his second time at cookie cutters and it’s safe to say he loves getting his haircut at cookie cutters and cookie cutters only. Thanks you!"

"My daughter had her first haircut at 2 years old. And although it’s a little pricey and takes less a minute to do we were very impressed on the friendliness and patience of our stylist. Elizabeth made our daughter feel comfortable and was very fast(which was a good thing). My daughter looks super cute and she did cry but got over it very quickly. Highly recommend for a first time haircut and the experience ! :)"
