"My first appointment at the Electric Chair Salon was booked through their website. The online scheduler was very easy to use and there were plenty of options available when booking. I booked my appointment with Raul and let me just start by saying he knows his stuff! Throughout the entire process, Raul would explain his techniques which I thought was awesome and he'd even go into the science of why he'd cut a certain way or use a certain product. "I recently moved to Boise and was looking for someone who is good with cutting women's short hair, and I was trying to transition to gray from my medium brown hair. My hair is very thick and coarse and I was hoping I would find someone who is good at working with all of that. I saw some good reviews for Raul and decided to give him a try. Raul is very professional, skilled, creative, thorough, and takes his time to communicate and find out what you are wanting. While transitioning to gray is not fun, he made this process a little more enjoyable and I feel like I have an ally. I love my new cut."

"I tried really hard to find something about this cut I loved but the truth is I’m absolutely devastated. When I sat down in the chair I said I love the length just need some layers put in to give life to my curls. My only request was no stack bob and what I got was bob in the front and long forgotten curls in the back. I did go back to attempt to have it fixed however it’s still extremely choppy uneven short in the front and longer in the back. My hair grows incredibly slow and I’m just at a loss with the results. Not to mention my hair was not washed or styled after either cut which is just good practice when cutting curly hair. Without cutting my hair shorter I’m not sure how to fix it so I’m just left with a cut that not even my curly hair can disguise. On a positive note the staff was friendly. ***To correct you I have had my hair cut several times. I just have been growing it out. What I said is that I had moved to Boise two years ago. Just admit you all did a terrible job on my hair. The so-called layers that were attempt are uneven and choppy. How I could be satisfied is accountability*** not trying to shift the blame to an untruth. I never said I haven’t had a hair cut in two years."
