"I had a Great experience getting a haircut with Aspen! She's super friendly, very easy to talk to and she did a great job! Definitely recommend this place! Also they serve drinks which is a plus!!!"

"I initially wasn't going to post a negative review, but after calling and speaking to the owner, I felt compelled to do so. When my husband originally made an appointment, it was for both he and my son to have a hot towel/straight razor shave in preparation of my son's wedding. When they both arrived for their appointments, they said there was only one stylist available, so my husband had to give up his spot and give it to my son. That was the first disappointment, but we decided that maybe it was a lack of communication. Onto the so called "close shave"; there were pieces of hair that were not shaved, and after the treatment, you could barely tell that his face had even been shaved. There were visible patches of hair on his mustache and sideburn. That was another disappointment but again, we were able to rectify it by him shaving his own face. Lastly, calling the owner Tara, I explained what happened and that I thought she would want to know. During the conversation, all I could get out of her were several "uh huhs" and a curt "what do you want, a refund?" (Which I did not want) Not impressed with the service from Lexi or demeanor of the owner."
